Sculpted and woven with the earth.
Ancient and embedded in a deep history.
The primal forces of nature,
remind us of our fundamental being.
Honouring the soil,
for we are rooted in existence,
without it, we are nothing. The chair that made its debut at this year's Dutch Design Week, Anna Kunst designed it on Ibiza, where she now lives. Tactility is important in her work: her materials come straight from nature. Unique design objects made with calcite crystals and dead stock linen.
